Soups with Dominique & Michelle

Join Forage co-owner/chef Michelle Thiede and French cook Dominique Thevenin for this fun Classic French-meets-American soup class! 

We both love making soup, and we would like to share it with our community!  Dominique will make the classic Vichyssoise (leek and potato soup) and Soupe au pistou (French pesto minestrone).  Michelle will make a creamy potato and leek soup with cheese (totally American/Wisconsin version, just add cheese) and a simple fan favorite creamy tomato basil (vegan version available). 

The cost for the class is $45 plus fees.  Wine, beer, and soda will be available for purchase!

Please note our elevator is down for construction - we will not be able to accommodate anyone who cannot use the stairs for this event.
