The first Wednesday of every month Forage EC teams up with William the Eau Claire Wine Guy to offer a four-course meal paired with four wines. The April menu is:

  • Avocado, orange and jicama salad;
  • Asparagus soup topped with herb chevre and crispy leeks
  • Spring chicken with pea puree, pea shoots and lemon ricotta risotto
  • Carrot cake cupcake with brown sugar & cream cheese frosting
  • Vegetarian options by request; mail

This month’s wines are from Wisconsin's own, award-winning Wollersheim Winery, and are chosen to pair nicely with your own spring gatherings. At $40 per person, this is one of the best dining deals in the valley! Bottles of the featured wines will be for sale.
