The first Wednesday of every month Forage EC teams up with William the Eau Claire Wine Guy to offer a four-course meal paired with four wines. The May food menu is: (wine selections tbd)

Tortilla soup topped with shredded chicken, avocado and sour cream;
Street corn lettuce cups with cojita cheese, roasted tomato, cilantro, avocado lime sauce;
Roasted poblano-black bean and chili lime shrimp quesadillas. Served with fire-roasted tomato rice and salsa verde;
Fried ice cream
