First Wednesday Wine Pairing, November 2019

The first Wednesday of every month Forage EC teams up with William the Eau Claire Wine Guy to offer a four-course meal paired with four wines. Interest in gluten-free cooking and eating is growing, so chef Michelle will prepare the first 100% gluten-free food and wine pairing.
Salad: Roasted brussels sprouts, turnips and shaved red onions with goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts and brown butter vinaigrette;
Soup: Curried cumin squash with toasted pepitas and sour cream/chive yogurt;
Main: Dijon roasted turkey with pan jus gravy, chive smashed potatoes, shaved carrots and roasted turnips VEGETARIAN OPTION: Dijon cauliflower steak;
Dessert: Pumpkin mini "pies" with coconut/pecan crust and maple whipped cream
Registrations will be cut off 8:00 am Monday, November 4, and no refunds will be given after that time.
