The first Wednesday of every month Forage EC teams up with William the Eau Claire Wine Guy to offer a four-course meal paired with four wines.
Salad: Sea salt roasted grape, montamore cheese, walnuts, arugula, and prosciutto salad with champagne vinaigrette
Soup: Roasted red pepper and tomatoe bisque with asiago crouton
Main: Shrimp and grits with roasted bell peppers
Dessert: Dark chocolate mousse with homemade salted caramel sauce
