Join us for an exclusive event that brings together the finest oysters from both East and West Coasts, expertly prepared and served by renowned local chef John Bender, owner of Kitchen Technique. This one-day-only affair promises an unparalleled journey through the world of oysters, where guests will savor a diverse range of varieties, from briny and crisp to sweet and buttery, all sourced sustainably from the best oyster farms across North America. They will also learn to shuck their own and upon purchase of the ticket receive an oyster shucker and glove.
