Bienvenidos! The food of Mexico has the distinction of being one of the world’s first fusion cuisines. It uses an alluring blend of flavors from the Spanish with those of this country’s fascinating indigenous people. Mexican food is known world-wide for its hot and spicy kick, yet it’s truly authentic dishes have much more to offer than just heat! In this class you will learn traditional techniques of northern Mexico with fusion flair. Class includes: hands-on instruction, chips/salsa, full meal, beverages & recipes. Class is presented by Chef Shawn McManus, Chef Consultant and owner of Savory Creations, LLC, a boutique cooking school in LaCrosse that is expanding its services to the Eau Claire & Chippewa Valley Regions.

Doors open at 6:00 pm, class begins at 6:30. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Tickets are $60 each, and you can purchase them here!
