Join Chef John Bender for a culinary exploration of one of Asia’s most beloved dishes: the potsticker. With countless regional styles and variations, potstickers represent both tradition and craftsmanship in every fold. In this hands-on class, participants will learn the techniques behind creating perfect dumpling dough, fillings, and searing methods. Kitchen Technique classes celebrate the intersection of preparation, technique, and cultural history, all in the pursuit of culinary excellence within the inviting ambiance of Forage.
