Meet The Owner
Hello! My name is Lori, and I am the owner of Forage. My background is in marketing and graphic design, both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. You will often see me along with my family at Forage events! This includes my husband, Eric, my daughter, Ella, and my son, Brady. I’m also a bonus mom to Kaitlyn, and “Nana” to her two beautiful children. Our family also includes a Bernese Mountain dog named Martin, and a French Bulldog named Meisha. I was raised in northwestern Minnesota, but have lived in Eau Claire my entire adult life, long enough to call it home. Cooking and nutrition have been a part of my life since my early teen years, and I enjoy creating meals using whole foods, from scratch. Whether I am cooking at home or at Forage, my goal is to make nutrient dense food that is incredibly delicious!
