About the event
In this interactive class you will learn a little history, how to temper chocolate to create your own delicious truffles. We go over how to infuse flavors and textures into chocolate, decorate using colored cocoa butter and more. Just like we use for our truffles, we will work with premium couverture chocolate to make the highest quality products.
You will go home with your own box of truffles!
This class is facilitated by Rebecca Flynn, owner of Sweet Driver Chocolates.
Doors open at 5:00 pm, class begins at 5:30. Wine, beer, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
