Gnocchi Class presented by Kitchen Technique

These pillowy morsels are so fun to make and we’re going to learn to make them together. Kitchen Technique will be providing you with recipe(s) and preparations on how to make gnocchi as well as enjoying a dish prepared by chef. Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class.

Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be able for purchase.
