Guests will discover the cultural significance of masa, work with heirloom corn, and learn the traditional nixtamalization process that develops its distinctive flavor and texture. Guided by an expert chef, participants will grind, shape, and cook masa into beautifully charred tortillas and more featuring seasonal, high-quality ingredients. The class concludes with a tasting accompanied by artisanal salsas and fresh cheeses, leaving guests with the skills and confidence to transform humble corn into exceptional dishes at home.
