About the event

From delicate Thai spring rolls to aromatic green curry, each course highlights fresh spring vegetables with playful contrasts of texture and balance. Spring is upon us so don't miss out on this amazing locally sourced, sustainably raised and organic dinner. Real food for real people! 

1st Course: Thai Spring Rolls- shrimp, rice noodles, carrots, asparagus, traditional table sauce.

2nd Course: Spring Dumplings- Pan seared, young spring vegetables, kaffir lime emulsion

3rd Course: Cold Noodle Salad- charred asparagus, kimchi pickles, rhubarb ginger dressing, peanut chili crunch

4th Course: Green Curry- galangal, spring vegetables, char green onion, green curry broth, jasmine rice

5th Course: Green Tea ice cream, pear/apple, chocolate
