Blending timeless technique with cultural insight, guests will explore classic shapes and their regional stories through guided, tactile practice. Hosted by Kitchen Technique, this experience is designed to build confidence, refine skill, and celebrate pasta as both craft and pleasure—elegant, inviting, and full of seasonal charm.
Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
