Love sushi and want to learn how to prepare it at home? Need a new hobby to impress your significant other or friends? This class is for you!

We will be discussing the origin of sushi, how to prepare sushi rice, different types of sushi rolls, and most importantly learning the art of rolling sushi rolls! Chef John Bender will be providing each student with their own sushi mat, a container of uncooked sushi rice, sushi vinegar, wasabi, nori and chopsticks. Then we will be preparing sushi rolls with various techniques.

Arrive at 5pm for pre-class drinks and to get settled before class runs 5:30-6:30pm.
