Kitchen Technique will guide you through various gnocchi-making techniques to create these beautiful, pillowy morsels, and we'll end class by enjoying a gnocchi dish prepared by Chef John.
Kitchen Technique is an educational forum focusing on food preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. The objective is to educate in the pursuit for excellence in the ambiance of Forage while having fun together!
Arrive at 5pm for pre-class drinks and to get settled before class runs 5:30-6:30pm.
