Spanish Tapas, Catalonian Pintxos & Danish Smorrebrod-An Epic Wintery Night!
Join us for our first wine dinner of 2026! Our featured chef is Tammie Delveaux Rubenzer, owner of Belly Love Holistic Wellness. Step in from the cold for an intimate, candlelit gluten-free and dairy-free 5 course wine dinner inspired by Europe’s most beloved small-plate traditions. Spanish tapas are meant for sharing-bold, flavorful bites that celebrate simplicity and seasonal ingredients. Catalonia pintxos (pin-chos) bring playful elegance; artful, bite-sized creations traditionally served atop bread and enjoyed one at a time. Danish smorrebrod offers a Nordic contrast-beautifully layered open-faced “sandwiches” built with balance, texture, and fresh, thoughtful toppings.
Each course is thoughtfully re-imagined through a nutrient dense, fancy-foodie-fun Belly Love lens and paired with wine for a truly epic winter evening of warmth, nourishment, and connection.
