Participants will explore traditional pasta shapes, understand their purpose and regional significance, and practice essential methods through guided, tactile learning. Hosted within the Kitchen Technique educational forum, the mission is to educate with intention, empower through technique, and celebrate the art of pasta with elegance, confidence, and genuine enjoyment.
